Hello,
My name is Bassem Sleiman, one of the few male nurses in my year. I am a first year Nursing student at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, and just recently graduated from Dunbarton high school in 2008. I currently reside in Pickering, Ontario and commute to school daily.
The use of blogging is a new experience for me and I am excited to begin to familiarize myself with it. Using this blog would be quite helpful in communicating with my fellow peers, as I look forward to communicating with you all over such a useful and resourceful online tool.

Hey Bassem! I am a third year nursing student at UOIT. After you sent me the link to your blog, I have been very keen as to read what you have to say about your past experiences at this university in addition to your thoughts and feelings in becoming a nurse. You have many doors opening for you upon graduation! Nursing is a self-fulfilling career and I am glad to see more men in this field! I wish you the best of luck in the future to come.
